Thank you for shopping with ProDecs India. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

Most products offered by ProDecs India are made to order using 3D printing.

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days

  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays

  • During high order volume or custom-heavy periods, processing times may extend slightly

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping option.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 2 to 5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation message or email

  • Tracking details will be shared where available

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active

Shipping Locations

Currently, ProDecs India ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays and Service Interruptions

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Natural events or regional restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

ProDecs India is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, responsibility for transit lies with the courier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all original packaging

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch

  • ProDecs India is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information
