Welcome to the official Return and Refund Policy of ProDecs India (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through www.prodecsindia.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Since most ProDecs India products are custom-made or made to order, cancellation requests received after production has started may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via:

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Returns and Refund Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product received is incorrect or defective

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue

  • Return the product in unused condition, with original packaging intact

Requests raised without proper evidence or beyond the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Products purchased during sales or special promotions

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Products returned without an unboxing video

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • You must contact us to receive the return address

  • Items must be shipped using a trackable courier service

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

ProDecs India is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

Gift Orders

If the product was purchased as a gift:

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original purchaser

  • Gift credits may be offered at our discretion

Legal Notice and Limitations

  • ProDecs India is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use

  • We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy

  • All decisions made by ProDecs India regarding refunds are final and binding
