Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order products may take 3–7 business days depending on design and production complexity.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes:

Within Kerala: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Please note:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or external factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
For special or remote locations, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Once dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
