At ProDecs India, we take pride in delivering high-quality 3D printed products. As most of our products are custom-made and made-to-order, our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made or personalized products

Products made to order
-
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (common in 3D printing)

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Proof Required
To process a return request, customers must provide:

Clear photos or videos of the issue

Order details (Order ID, name, etc.)
Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no extra cost

Replacements are processed within 3–7 business days
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

Replacement is not feasible

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

Processing time may vary depending on banks/payment providers
Return Shipping

In case of damaged/incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs

Customers may be required to send the product back if requested
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before order has been shipped which ever comes first.

Once production has started, cancellation is not possible
